Personality: Utau is dark an evil, he hates most people blaming them for what had happen to him in his past. He especially hates it when people look up to him. though he hides all of this well under a quiet tounge and a emotionless expression. He does show some respect to other people he finds worthy and strong but besides that he shows little respect to people.
Race: Dweller
Powers/Defects: Utau can emit a red energy from his body which he can form into many diffrent things, usually weapons of shields, though he rarly does it he can tranfer his energy to someone else to heal then and restore fatigue. When using his red energy it's draining energy from his body so the more he uses he becomes more tired and weakens. If in constant emitting his body wills start to grow numb.
Bio: Utau was born his parents didn't want him and placed him in a hay stack for someone else to hopefully raise him, a young women took him in and kept him close to him, she used him as a sex toy when he had grown to an old enough age. Utau started to learn of his powers he killed her. He ended up being used by a bunch of bandits, he used them to try to find his parents and seek revenge on them. These Bandits caused the death of Tobi's parents amoung many others. Utau finally found his parents and cruely killed them along with 3 other children that they had at the time. He became very mentally unstable and cold from this. He took a single possesion from his parents house, the sword his father tried to use to defend himself and his family with. Over time his Bandit comrades died off and Utau started to wander around, he searches for something to fill darkness in his life but doubts he'll find it.
